Six Foot Track, Megalong Valley
The Six Foot Track is a historic 1884 bridle path from Katoomba into Megalong Valley toward Jenolan country — a hard multi-day hike or shorter day sections via Nellies Glen. Expect steep canyon steps, fern gullies, farmland stiles and overnight camping options. Crown Land manages the track; check closures (Jenolan end currently finishes at Binda Bush cabins).
