The Carrington Hotel

The grande dame of the Blue Mountains. This magnificent heritage hotel has been welcoming guests since 1883 and remains one of Katoomba's most beloved landmarks. The beautifully restored building houses a celebrated restaurant, cosy bar, and regular live music events. The weekend high tea in the grand dining room is a local institution. The Carrington also hosts regular jazz nights, wine dinners, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
