The Yoga Shed at Medlow

The Yoga Shed at Medlow is a purpose-built shala at 12 St Albans Road, Medlow Bath, hosting yoga and pilates-style classes and visiting teachers. Owner Hayley Pero runs a donation-based community space for asana and the wider limbs of yoga. Regular courses such as TreeLoveYoga handstand intensives have also been held here.
