Aboriginal Blue Mountains Walkabout

Aboriginal-owned and guided by Evan Yanna Muru, this multi-award-winning walkabout starts and finishes at Faulconbridge Railway Station. Over about five to six hours you follow a songline through rainforest and sandstone country, learning Dreaming stories, bush foods and medicines, and trying ochre painting at sacred sites. Suitable for ages about seven and up with moderate fitness (around 3.5 km walking). Book by phone, email or online; train access from Sydney or Katoomba is part of the experience.
